Please be aware Christmas and covid will have an impact on order fulfilment so please keep that in mind. Given I print on demand (when a order is placed) I would recommend your orders be placed no later than the 4th December 2020 to avoid disappointment. I don’t as yet have facilities to distribute directly as I use a print shop. They are however global so I can reduce delivery times as much as possible.
Please be extra patient whilst the world is suffering with the Coronavirus pandemic. This could affect delivery times so please bare that in mind. If you haven’t received your item within a reasonable time frame please email me.
It will be likely that you’ll receive your purchase with a packing slip, saying we’re based in Europe or the USA. Please don’t be alarmed, this is normal as the print fulfilment company I use is globally based, giving you speedier deliveries. We are U.K based.
Please allow extra time for bank holidays and other seasonal peak times.
- For the USA it takes 3-5 business days from purchase/order placement to end customer.
- For Rest of the World, it takes 8-14 business days from purchase/order placement to end customer.
- We are also sourcing new UK/European locations once Covid19 has passed.

The following Toucan Jester Art products are subject to special return restrictions.
RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to Toucan Jester Art.
In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund ) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to return to Toucan Jester Art for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Toucan Jester Art will arrange returns in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by us to be defective. In these cases, the customer should contact Toucan Jester Art before placing a package back in transit.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Toucan Jester Art reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with us as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Toucan Jester Art.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You must make this request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Be sure to specify the reason for your return request in your message and indicate any preference for a replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or colour), or a refund.
Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product/s that you wish to return.
WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.
Returning dark apparel items may only be swapped for a different dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.
Returning light apparel items may only be swapped for a different light apparel style of equal or lesser value.
